Downsize of Family Home and Purchase within the Same Location 

Location: Bayside Melbourne 

Clients Brief: Our clients were looking to downsize from their cherished family home of more than three decades, situated on a spacious block with a lush garden. Their primary objective was to remain in the same area, opting for a free standing property with 2-3 bedrooms and an ensuite, all on one level with a small garden and lots of natural light. As they would be using the funds from the sale of their home for this purchase, aligning settlement terms to reduce the stress of moving was also a key factor in their search.
