Clients Brief: Our clients were looking to downsize from their cherished family home of more than three decades, situated on a spacious block with a lush garden. Their primary objective was to remain in the same area, opting for a free standing property with 2-3 bedrooms and an ensuite, all on one level with a small garden and lots of natural light.
