Clients Brief: With the decision to upsize following the sale of their first home, our clients were looking to secure a free standing home with three bedrooms and additional space for working from home. They sought an open plan living and kitchen area with natural light, a spacious backyard for their children to play in and close proximity to parks. They were also open to the possibility of renovating to create their ideal space.

Our Solution: After inspecting homes both on and off the market and across a number of identified suburbs, we secured our clients a period home post auction.
